3.2 Students formulate solutions to economic problems.
-In order to get to the next level on the game, they need to be able to figure out how to play the game. For everything we do we need to have enough money. The money in this game gets us almost everything we need, but in order to get some things you need other thiongs to help. For example in order to run a buisness you need electricity, which you need to put in, and you also need employees. In order to hire the employees they need certain items to do thier job correctly. So for each problem that comes up the student will need to find a soulution for each one and take one step at a time to move on in the game. Therefore as the students play the game enough they will formulate a solution to each economic problem.
3.1 Students explain how different economic sytems are organized for production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services.
-Each system is organized to do its own thing. Different system does its own thing to make everything more organized, and so there isn't as much competition. For example a shoe factory focouses on shoes, where as a taxi buissness focouses on driving people around, not selling shoes. Or how a school is much different than a show company. Each organization is centered on doing their own thing.
3.4 Students demonstrate an understanding of economic principals that influence individual, financial planning.
-Each company makes their own money. Some companies may make more money than another company because their buisness is more or less successful. So the better financial plans they have, the better they will most likely end up.
4.3 Students evaluate the impact of technology and how it has shaped history and influenced the modern world.
-Technology has helped us grow as a country, and a world. We are able to communicate better and as technology grows we are able to come up with faster, and better ways to build more efficient buildings. Without technology we would still be living in wood cabins with no electricity.
4.2 Students analyze current events to better understand the world in which they live.
-Current events such as upgrades in the buildings, and new buildings being built help make our world bigger. It also gives us a better chance to experience more and grow off what we have.
4.4 Students explain how past events impact present and the future.
-Past events impact the present and the future because without the actions we have made in the past, we would not be where we are at now, and we would not be bale to progress any further in the futre. For example if we never launched a contract for a bussinesess we wouldnt earn very much money, and that would impact the amount of other bussiness we could build.
5.1 Students interperate charts, maps, and graphs to answer question dealing with people, places, events, or enviorments.
-The map of the city helps us to see whats going on. There are some charts that show us what we need to hire people, or upgrade our bussinesses.
5.3 Students demonstrate an ability to organize and proccess information about people, places, and enviorments.
-We need to have the ability to organize people by their occupation. For example, a teacher doesn't have the ability to work in a hospital, because they probably don't know enough about the occupation. They also need the right materials to be able to do their job. We need to be able to organize places because if a bussiness needs something imparticular then they need to be located in a certain place. Also in this game we need to have a certain number of ecology, so we need to make sure we have parks and trees around the town.
